Ladies of leisure: A trip to Bannatyne Spa

After hitting it hard at uni and working eight hour shifts at the library, me and the girls couldn't have booked a spa day at a better time. It was the most perfect way to de-stress, even if it was just for one day out of busy third-year!

Bannatyne Spa was actually the first spa I've ever been to, so yes I am a little bias, but personally I thought it was phenomenal. We grabbed an absolute bargain from Bannatyne, getting two for one at a fabulous price of £69.00. This included a full day spa access and a half an hour body and head massage.

Here's a snap of me and Chlo make-up free, reveling in the comfort of the provided robes and slippers. Bonus - we even got to keep the slippers!

This picture pretty much sums up our day, relaxation at its finest. We left the spa at about seven pm after being there since eleven in the morning, it was really that good and even then we didn't particularly want to leave! Unfortunately though, our skin began to look twenty years older, wrinkling from being in the pool too long! At this point we realised it was probably time to call it a day and head home for some tea. So off we went, feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and already babbling on about and planning to return extremely soon!
